Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Supervisor located in Karāchi. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team, ensuring targets are met, and providing training and mentorship to team members. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as monitoring sales performance, analyzing sales data, addressing customer queries, and facilitating communication between team members and upper management.

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
