Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Regional Marketing Supervisor
to lead and execute marketing initiatives across Sindh province. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying and leveraging Below-The-Line (BTL) marketing opportunities, conducting user interviews to gather market insights, and creating engaging content to support regional campaigns. This role requires frequent travel across major cities, including Karachi, Hyderabad, and other key areas in Sindh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer & Market Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits across Sindh to discover co-marketing opportunities with customers to increase market penetration.
  • Organize and execute BTL activities such as roadshows, events, billboards and signboards to strengthen brand presence.
  • Research & Insights
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and produce reports to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to recommend actionable strategies.
  • Share insights and feedback with the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
  • Content Creation & Communication
  • Develop localized content for social media, digital campaigns, and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Support the design and distribution of marketing materials tailored for the Sindh region.
  • Reporting & Coordination
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of regional campaigns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and HQ marketing) to ensure alignment.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience:
3–5 years of marketing, trade marketing, or BTL experience, preferably in technology, or energy sector.
- Strong knowledge of Sindh market dynamics, customer behavior, and key cities (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Urdu, and Sindhi (preferred).
- Ability to travel frequently within the province (~50% travel).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
