About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented
Site Reliability Engineer / DevOps
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and improving our infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and scalability across systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage
    CI/CD pipelines
    to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
  • Deploy and maintain
    Kubernetes clusters
    , ensuring efficient resource utilization and high availability.
  • Utilize
    Terraform
    for infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
  • Implement and optimize
    monitoring systems
    using
    Prometheus
    and
    Grafana
    for real-time observability.
  • Establish and manage
    logging frameworks
    , multi-stage logging, and runtime observability tools.
  • Develop and enforce
    backup, recovery, and fault tolerance
    policies across production environments.
  • Collaborate with development teams to enhance system reliability, scalability, and security.
  • Continuously improve deployment speed, reduce downtime, and ensure robust failover mechanisms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in
    DevOps / SRE roles
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Kubernetes
    ,
    Terraform
    ,
    Prometheus
    , and
    Grafana
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    CI/CD tools
    (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with

    (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and
    infrastructure as code (IaC)
    .
  • Knowledge of
    containerization
    ,
    microservices
    , and
    monitoring best practices
    .
  • Familiarity with
    logging systems
    (e.g., ELK Stack, Loki, or Fluentd).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset.
