About the Role: PHP Laravel Developer (On-Site – Lahore)

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled PHP Laravel Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and a proven ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and well-tested applications. This is a full-time on-site role where you will contribute to building phenomenal Laravel experiences, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance functionalities.

Responsibilities

  • Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain backend applications.
  • Troubleshoot and test core product software to ensure strong optimization.
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  • Deliver sprints and iterations on time, with accurate task estimations.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance features and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor developer teams when required.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in PHP/Laravel, JavaScript, , MongoDB, SQL, and related databases.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and test-driven development (TDD).
  • Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and project management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
