We're Hiring: Full-Stack Django/Flask + Web3 Developer (Project-Based)

Location: Remote

Are you passionate about building secure, compliant, and scalable Web3 platforms? Join us to build a cutting-edge Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization & trading platform with smart contracts, wallet integrations, and server-rendered dashboards.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain backend services & REST APIs with Django and Flask

Integrate Web3 (smart contracts, on-chain data, wallet connections) using and related tooling

Implement server-rendered frontends using Django Templates / Jinja2, HTML/CSS/JS (Bootstrap/Tailwind preferred)

Implement KYC/KYB, wallet-based auth, JWT/OAuth, and compliance workflows

Design database models and queries (PostgreSQL/MySQL), plus caching (Redis)

Build admin dashboards, reporting modules, and investor/ops tools

Ensure performance, security (CSRF/CORS/OWASP), logging, and monitoring

Deploy to AWS/GCP with Docker and CI/CD

What We're Looking For

2–3+ years of hands-on Python (Django & Flask) experience

Strong grip on Django Templates/Jinja2, forms, auth, and server-side rendering

Experience integrating smart contracts & EVM chains (Ethereum, Polygon, etc.) and handling on-chain events

Solid REST API skills (DRF/Flask-RESTX or similar) and JSON data pipelines

Proficient with Git workflows, Docker, and basic cloud ops (logs, env configs)

Understanding of security best practices (CSRF, CORS, rate limiting)

Bachelor's in CS/Software Engineering or related field
