Job Overview:

Saleem Fabrics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining the integrity of our database. This role involves coordinating with various departments to gather information, inputting data efficiently, and performing quality checks on entered data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and execute data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Enter and update customer information, sales orders, and other relevant data into the company database.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and rectify errors promptly, maintaining data integrity.
  • Train and supervise junior data entry operators, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing guidance and support to the team to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the company's database.
  • Implement data cleansing and validation procedures as needed.
  • Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data as required by management.
  • Assist in data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making processes.
  • Liaise with various departments to collect necessary information for data entry.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any data-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proven experience in supervising and training data entry staff.
  • Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.
