Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
  • Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data reports.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to collect and validate required data.
  • Ensure timely data entry of material consumptions report, or material reservation
  • Identify and correct errors in data entry and maintain data integrity.
  • Support management in generating reports from ERP or Excel-based systems.
  • Follow company policies regarding data security and confidentiality.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree (Commerce, Pre-Engineering, or related field).
  • 1–3 years of experience in data entry or a similar operations role.
  • Strong command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Table, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems will be a plus point.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Salary + Over time daily 4 hours (12 hours shift - 8hours+4hours)
