Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate or work independently to define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
  • Conduct deep market research to identify potential clients in the IT services and software consultancy domain.
  • Extract and compile clean, accurate lead data including
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , ZoomInfo, , Skrapp, or other cost-effective/free platforms.
  • Organize and maintain lead databases in Google Sheets or Excel.
  • Ensure all data collection is GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation for IT service-based companies
  • Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, , Skrapp, etc.
  • Ability to generate 500–1000 verified leads daily, leveraging mostly free tools to minimize cost.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRMs or email outreach tools.
  • Understanding of IT services and consultancy target personas.
  • Prior to remote or freelance work experience.

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
