Job Overview

We are looking for a
Zoho CRM Sales Executive
who will be responsible for
selling Zoho CRM solutions
and related services. The ideal candidate will be
well-spoken, confident, and experienced
in telesales, with strong knowledge of CRM systems—especially
Zoho CRM
.

This role involves
prospecting leads, explaining Zoho CRM benefits, closing deals
, and coordinating with our technical team to deliver seamless client solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential customers via
    calls, emails, and in-person meetings
    to promote Zoho CRM solutions.
  • Understand client needs and
    offer the right CRM package and services
    .
  • Achieve
    monthly and quarterly sales targets
    .
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions using Zoho CRM.
  • Conduct product
    presentations and online demos
    to prospects.
  • Provide
    pre-sales and post-sales support
    to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to close deals.
  • Stay updated with
    Zoho CRM features, trends, and competitors
    .

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    1–2 years of experience in
    sales, telesales, or CRM-related work
    .
  • Language Skills:
    Excellent
    spoken and written English
    is required.
  • Zoho Knowledge:
    Understanding of Zoho CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, Automation, and Reporting is preferred.
