Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Develop and oversee a global lead generation pipeline, emphasizing the identification of high-potential leads for software development and technology projects.

  • Work alongside company leadership to target and prioritize potential clients and markets.

  • Engage in cold calling and follow up on warm/hot leads to secure successful projects and forge long-term partnerships.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospect identification, product and service pitching, contract negotiation, to deal closure.

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish sales objectives and devise strategies to achieve these goals.

  • Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to adjust the sales strategy as needed.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Establish, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and lead generation team.

  • Train and manage a team of sales and business development representatives to enhance lead inflow and conversion rates.

  • Provide ongoing sales training, support, and feedback to team members.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients and partners to secure a consistent stream of repeat business.

  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients and manage accounts to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Sales Reporting & Analytics:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report sales metrics to leadership, pinpointing areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

  • Implement and train on CRM software to efficiently manage leads, monitor sales progress, and forecast future sales pipelines.

Qualifications

  • Software Sales, Sales, and Sales Management skills
  • Customer Service and Negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Experience in CRM software sales is must
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
