Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Executive in Sales, located in Karachi Division. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to generate leads, providing customer support and information, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships. The role also includes handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
