Job description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA intern to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement QA plans to ensure product quality.

Create and maintain comprehensive test cases based on requirements.

Execute manual and automated test cases across mobile and web applications.

Assess software performance, functionality, and usability against requirements.

Maintain detailed test documentation, including bug reports, test results, and change logs.

Generate comprehensive QA reports to track progress and quality trends.

Identify opportunities for test automation and process improvement.

Analyze QA results and recommend enhancements to improve quality standards.

Validate product readiness through final testing.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, PMs) to identify and resolve issues.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (BSCS preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing; exposure to automation frameworks is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills (English – verbal and written).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
