About the Role

We are looking for Commission-Based Appointment Setters for our Roofing Campaign. This role is purely commission-based — no base salary, but high earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call homeowners to book roof inspection appointments.
  • Each appointment must meet qualification criteria.
  • Daily reporting and consistent communication.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (MUST)
  • Vicidial experience preferred (MUST)
  • 12 months of call center/appointment setting experience (MUST)
  • Self-motivated & target-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: $14 per valid appointment. Example: Book 5 appointments/day = $70/day. No limit — the more you book, the more you earn.

Training & Trial Period (IMPORTANT)

You will receive 2 days of training. After training, you must complete a 3-day trial period. During this trial, you must deliver at least 2–3 valid appointments. Upon successful completion, you will receive your appointment letter, and the appointments in trial days WILL be counted in your commission.
