The Inksters is a dynamic digital media agency that specializes in creating compelling social media strategies and performance-driven marketing campaigns. We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media cum Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive growth for our clients across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating detailed reports with actionable insights
  • Manage and grow social media accounts by creating engaging content and interacting with the audience
  • Track KPIs, such as CTR, ROI, CPC, and CPM, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate with creative team to develop visually appealing and high-converting ad creatives
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in social media and performance marketing
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients to understand their business goals and align marketing strategies accordingly

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management and performance marketing
  • Expertise in using social media platforms and paid advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to create content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand objectives
  • A creative thinker with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required)
