We are seeking a Social Media Project Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will focus on coordinating social media projects, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments, and delivering campaigns that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a good understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience: 2–4 years in social media coordination, project management, or digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage social media campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and strategists to deliver on-brand and engaging campaigns.
  • Maintain and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely publication.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure campaigns launch on schedule.
  • Support campaign planning with research on trends, audience insights, and competitor activities.
  • Assist with drafting briefs, reports, and performance summaries for internal teams and clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the analytics team to optimize future initiatives.
  • Serve as the point of contact between creative, marketing, and external partners/vendors for social media projects.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, social media management, or digital marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively within a team.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, , etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting for social media performance.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for content trends and opportunities.
