Senior Product Designer
who will help shape the experience, usability, and visual identity of our product ecosystem — from global talent onboarding to employer dashboards and AI tools.

About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will take ownership of end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, beautiful, and scalable experiences. You'll be responsible for turning complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of core product experiences — from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and prototypes.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs.
  • Translate product and business requirements into thoughtful design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design implementation.
  • Define and maintain design systems and visual standards across all products.
  • Advocate for design thinking and user-centered design throughout the company.
  • Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of creativity and feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in product design (UI/UX) for web or mobile applications.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in
    Figma
    ,
    Sketch
    , or similar design tools.
  • Solid understanding of
    user experience principles
    ,
    information architecture
    , and
    interaction design
    .
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for crafting pixel-perfect interfaces.
  • Experience with
    design systems

    component libraries
    .

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, HRTech, or marketplace products.
  • Familiarity with
    prototyping tools
    (e.g., Framer, ProtoPie) and
    animation principles
    .
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for better design–dev collaboration.
  • Experience working with
    AI-driven

    data-heavy
    products.
