About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Email Marketer to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, executing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of email strategy, copywriting, automation, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns for multiple brands and audiences.
  • Write engaging and conversion-focused email copy for newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated flows.
  • Design and manage email sequences such as welcome flows, drip campaigns, abandoned cart emails, and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Segment email lists to improve targeting and personalization.
  • Optimize subject lines, content, and CTAs to improve open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and deliverability.
  • Maintain email list hygiene and follow best practices for compliance and deliverability.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong email copywriting skills with a focus on conversions.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Understanding of email automation, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with deliverability best practices and compliance standards.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in a remote work environment.
