Reports To: Director of Digital Marketing & Customer Experience

Position Overview

The Marketing & Creative Support Specialist will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives across multiple properties, platforms, and campaigns. This role is highly digital-focused, requiring the ability to work in various marketing software systems, manage online listings, and create compelling content that resonates with target audiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, an exceptional communicator, and a quick learner who can adapt to new tools and processes with ease.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Digital Marketing to execute daily property marketing initiatives, ensuring timely updates and consistent branding across all channels.
  • Manage and monitor Google Business Profiles, online listings, Yardi website content, and ILS ads (e.g., , Rent., Zillow) — ensuring accurate pricing, specials, availability, photos, and SEO-friendly copy, and making immediate updates when needed.
  • Write, design, and launch compelling marketing campaigns from scratch — including email marketing in MailChimp — tailoring messaging to resonate with target audiences.
  • Create, refresh, and maintain a library of branded marketing assets, templates, and creative materials for use across platforms.
  • Track performance metrics, compile quick snapshot reports, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with vendors to improve campaign results.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, quickly learning new tools, updating ad copy and imagery, and applying best practices to boost visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a related field working with US based companies; real estate/property management experience a plus.
  • Exceptional English writing and grammar skills, with proven experience in copywriting for marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting and the ability to tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and online listing services.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and similar design or productivity platforms.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and marketing platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Location: Our office is located on Main Shaheed-e-Millat Road, Bahadurabad, Karachi.
