Merger & Acquisition Associate- 6pm to 3am - Finance background with English Fluency

A leading Canadian based brokerage house having back office in Karachi has an immediate requirement of an Merger & Acquisition Associate. Male candidate having Finance background & fluent in English.

Office timings are from 6pm to 3am Monday to Friday while Saturdays will be observed as Half Days.

Participating with the front office team in all aspects of the merger and acquisition process from start to finish.

  • Review and analyze confidential financial & non-financial information on potential acquisitions and create investment summaries for presentation to management team and board utilizing KPIs and criteria.
  • Participate in due diligence for potential acquisitions, providing assistance in analyzing in-depth operational aspects of businesses and complex analyses; including helping in developing and implementing strategies to realize the maximum value from each acquisition through price and deal structuring.
  • Get involved in creating financial models to evaluate the financial impact of proposed deals.

Confident Personality with exceptional Communication Skills

  • ACCA or MBA Finance from reputable institutes.
  • Back Office relevant experience will be preferred.
  • 3– 5 years in experience in Accounts & Finance department.
  • Pleasant Personality with Strong Communication Skills (ENGLISH) Written & Verbal.
  • Financial literacy and ability to build presentations.
