International Business Development Associate

Tjara is a faith-based financial services company dedicated to providing genuinely Shariah-compliant housing, commercial and business finance solutions for the Muslim community in Canada. Founded on the belief that financial empowerment and Islamic values can co-exist, Tjara offers home financing models based on Musharakah (co-ownership) and other non-interest (riba-free) alternatives, eliminating the need for conventional mortgages.

We are seeking an experienced and energetic International Sales Associate for our Karachi office based at DHA Phase 6, Bukhari Commercials (night shift) to handle client communication and generate new business through cold calls, Lead Generations, Lead Conversions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential international clients (US, UK, Canada, etc.)
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into clients.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship building with prospects.
  • Keep CRM updated with accurate lead and call information.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the management team to develop sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in international cold calling or tele sales.
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong accent.
  • Confident and target-oriented personality.
  • Ability to work during night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) Monday to Friday.
  • Must be based in Karachi and available for on-site work.
  • Male Candidate as per the demography of the company.
