Job Overview:

The SEO and Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO strategies and social media campaigns to drive organic traffic, brand awareness, and engagement. This is an on-site position, ideal for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines (On-page and Off-page).
  • Monitor and report website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Build high-quality backlinks and manage link-building campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to improve website SEO performance.
  • Ensure technical SEO best practices (page speed, mobile optimization, etc.).
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Manage company profiles across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
  • Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, hashtags, and captions).
  • Coordinate with the creative and video editing team for post scheduling and campaign ideas.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO and Social Media Management.
  • Strong understanding of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.).
  • Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of organic social media strategies.
  • Creative mindset with strong written and visual communication skills.
  • Knowledge of content marketing and link-building outreach.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Awareness of recruitment or HR industry trends (preferred but not required).
