Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, SEO, content creation, and social media management. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and engage clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and visibility.
  • Update website content to reflect services, events, and client offerings.
  • Create and manage social media content and engagement strategies across platforms.
  • Drive B2B marketing strategies to attract potential clients and partners.
  • Develop content for blogs, emails, and other marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Knowledge of video marketing and YouTube optimization.
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Content Skills: Strong content creation and copywriting for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
  • Social Media Expertise: Experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
