About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and execution. You will combine hands-on expertise in software engineering, AI/ML and DevOps with the ability to shape a long-term technology roadmap aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the technology vision and roadmap.
  • Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC): requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Lead AI initiatives across domains, including LLMs, RAG, NLP, CV, Agentic AI, and Image processing. You are required to embed these capabilities into our products and services.
  • Champion DevOps best practices (continuous integration/continuous deployment, cloud infrastructure, containerization) and ensure system scalability and reliability.
  • Ensure compliance with international standards, while managing technology risk, cybersecurity, and business continuity.
  • Mentor and grow high-performing engineering and AI teams; foster collaboration across departments; and represent technology at the executive level.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering or technology leadership, including at least 2 years in a CTO or comparable role.
  • Proven track record across the full SDLC, with hands-on experience in languages and frameworks such as Python, , React, Django, and FastAPI.
  • Demonstrated leadership of AI/ML projects including LLMs, RAG, NLP, CV, Agentic AI, and Image processing, and automation.
  • Proficiency with databases (SQL and NoSQL), microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
