The IT Support Officer will provide technical support to all staff, ensuring smooth operation of end-user systems, network resources, and organizational software applications. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, user support experience, proactive monitoring, and hands-on capability with hardware, network devices, and on-premises servers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and network connectivity issues

· Install and configure Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and software

· Manage user accounts, email setups, and access rights

· Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi issues and coordinate with vendors when needed

· Support user systems softwares

· Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset records

· Assist in data center operations, backups, and routine maintenance

· Support IT projects and documentation

Requirements:

· BS (IT/CS/CE) / DIT or related field

· 3–5 years of IT support experience

· Strong troubleshooting skills (Windows, networking, peripherals)

· Understanding of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and server concepts

· Good customer support service skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
