Role Description:

  • Recruitment and selection of suitable employees into the designated Business/Technical Unit for OMA Pakistan.
  • Ensure all recruitment positions have an up-to-date job description and are evaluated accordingly.
  • Assist the corporate Director of HR with the development of new as well as existing HR policies, procedure, and systems of OMA Pakistan group entities.
  • Make recommendations where appropriate regarding improvements to existing policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Develop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees. Provide professional and efficient service, advice to managers and employees regarding HR queries.
  • Provide weekly/ monthly recruitment status update reports of OMA Pakistan group entities to the CEO and Director of HR.
  • Visiting the operational sites as required to gain operational knowledge and understanding.
  • Counseling staff about any problems they may have, either at work or personally.
  • Ensure all new employees recruited receive Employee orientation, Development and Training.
  • Track the employees Performance Management and improvement systems.
  • Develop an employee-oriented Company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Establish departmental measures that support the accomplishment of the Company's strategic goals.
  • Maintain and update employee master data and employee files with the necessary HR records.
  • Record daily/monthly attendance, Leave of Employees and circulate the information to Director of HR on a regular basis.
  • Responsible for accurately preparing the monthly payroll.
  • Conduct Exit interviews, issuing experience letters & preparing full and final statements for resigned/terminated employees.
  • Perform any other tasks as directed by the corporate HR Head.

  • Preference will give be given to immediate joiners.
  • The position is in-house and office is located at Shahra-e-faisal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75, Rs85,000.00 per month
