About the Role

Fusion Ave Pvt. Limited is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, staffing, HR operations, and employee engagement. It is an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR knowledge in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication
  • Maintain HR records and databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities
  • Assist with HR documentation and compliance
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to HR functions

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (On-site, Karachi office)
