About the Role
Fusion Ave Pvt. Limited is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, staffing, HR operations, and employee engagement. It is an excellent opportunity to gain practical HR knowledge in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates
- Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication
- Maintain HR records and databases
- Support onboarding and orientation activities
- Assist with HR documentation and compliance
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and contribute to HR functions
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM (On-site, Karachi office)
