Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Lahore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, tracking sales performance, and managing customer relations. Achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and preparing sales reports are integral parts of the role. The Sales Manager will also be involved in training and mentoring the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management, team leadership, and customer relations
  • Strong skills in sales planning, strategy development, and performance tracking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop actionable insights
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing sales reports
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
