We are looking for a motivated Phone Sales Representative to support customer outreach, provide product information, and assist clients in selecting services that meet their business needs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Phone Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound communication with prospective and existing customers. This role focuses on assisting customers, providing product guidance, and facilitating service sign-ups in a professional, compliant manner.

This is not a commission-only position. Compensation structure will be clearly discussed during the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make and receive phone calls to support customers with service-related inquiries.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist customers in selecting appropriate services based on their requirements.
  • Respond to questions, provide quotes, and share follow-up service details.
  • Record customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity in the CRM.
  • Maintain an excellent customer experience by communicating professionally.
  • Escalate unresolved questions or inquiries to the management/specialist team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer engagement and service quality.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
  • Experience in customer service, call center, telesales, or inside sales preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and engage customers professionally.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Ability to stay organized and manage time efficiently.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
