We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales through phone-based communication. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and sell products or services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for sales team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable products or services.
  • Maintain a detailed database of customer information and interactions.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals.
  • Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and effective manner.
  • Keep up to date with product knowledge and market trends to effectively sell products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve strategies and customer outreach efforts.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
