Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Quetta. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Store Manager will also play a key role in addressing customer concerns and fostering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with staff and providing solutions to customer inquiries
• Experience in store management, including team leadership and operational oversight
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies to ensure accountability and minimize shrinkage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is advantageous
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to challenges
