Designation: We are looking for an Operations Manager for the Lahore Office

Responsibilities:

Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, supervising, and monitoring all activities of Bin Rafique Trust. This person will act as the central coordinator for programs, operations, volunteers, and reporting, ensuring all projects run smoothly and align with the trust's mission.

  1. Program Planning & Execution:

  2. Develop annual and monthly activity plans for all ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

  3. Coordinate food drives, education programs, medical camps, charity distributions, and community support activities.

  4. Ensure programs are executed on time, within budget, and with proper documentation.

  5. Operations & Administration

  6. Oversee day-to-day operations, logistics, and workflow.

  7. Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, donations, expenses, and impact reports.

  8. Build and manage internal processes for efficiency and transparency.

  9. Team & Volunteer Management

  10. Recruit, supervise, and guide volunteers and support staff.

  11. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training when needed.

  12. Maintain a positive and productive working environment.

  13. Monitoring & Reporting

  14. Track progress of each project and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports.

  15. Conduct on-ground inspections to ensure quality execution.

  16. Identify challenges and recommend improvements.

  17. Social Media & Public Communication

  18. Coordinate with the social media/content team for coverage of events.

  19. Handle trusts all social media platforms.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • preferably 1-3 years of experience in NGO operations, community work, or project management.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Passion for social impact and community service.
  • Experience in relief work, charity programs, or running field campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of zakat principles and Islamic charity work.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and planning abilities.
