We're Hiring: Operations Officer – Lahore Office

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about logistics? Universal Logistics Services – UPS Pakistan is looking for a dedicated Operations Officer to join our team at the Lahore Office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle ODA (Out of Delivery Area) shipments and bookings through third-party couriers
  • Coordinate and monitor daily delivery processes via third-party services
  • Maintain and update daily shipment delivery records and PODs (Proof of Deliveries)
  • Manage hold cage shipments and track ODA hold status daily
  • Coordinate with Service Providers (SPs) for timely pickups and deliveries
  • Monitor and maintain the daily fleet report and MHND SP performance report
  • Process and respond to Customer Service emails, including ERN open/close requests
  • Conduct daily D-briefing of all pickup and delivery attempts
  • Maintain accurate records of all daily operations activities
  • Generate and update the weekly performance report
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Qualification & Skills:

Education:

  • Minimum Graduation (Bachelor's degree)

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in logistics or operations

Skills:

  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good analytical, interpersonal, and motivational abilities
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
