Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accounts Manager to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience in managing accounts, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Reconcile bank statements and ledgers.

Coordinate with internal departments for expense tracking and approvals.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Support external audits and provide necessary documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: B.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance.

Experience: 2–3 years in accounting or finance (manufacturing/trading industry experience preferred).

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Salary Package:

Rs. 60,000/- per month (based on experience and skills).
