About the Role

ZRK Group, Pakistan's largest wood-based panel manufacturer, is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to support our marketing and branding initiatives across Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Central Asia. The ABM will help execute campaigns, manage day-to-day brand activities, and ensure ZRK's story is consistently communicated across channels. This role is a launchpad for young marketers eager to grow into full brand leadership.

What You'll Do

Campaign Support & Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing digital, print, and offline campaigns.
  • Coordinate the development of brand materials including catalogs, brochures, product videos, and social media content.
  • Work with agencies/creative teams to deliver high-quality promotional content.

Brand Operations & Research

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to support brand strategy.
  • Gather and analyze consumer insights to inform positioning and marketing efforts.
  • Support preparation of reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Stakeholder & Sales Alignment

  • Support dealer and distributor engagement by providing brand materials and presentations.
  • Assist in coordinating brand presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and activations.
  • Ensure smooth alignment between sales objectives and marketing campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Brand Manager, Marketing Executives, and Trade Marketing team.
  • Provide executional support on projects spanning design, product launches, and events.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of marketing/brand management experience (FMCG, industrial, or manufacturing background a plus).
  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Understanding of branding principles, campaign execution, and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Creative mindset with good analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of digital tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO) preferred.

Languages: English & Urdu required; Pashto or Dari a plus.
