highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the
    end-to-end UI/UX design process
    — from research and wireframes to prototypes and final visuals.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
  • Conduct
    user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
    to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and maintain
    design systems, style guides, and UI kits
    for consistency.
  • Create interactive prototypes and user flows for testing and validation.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with latest UX best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proficiency in
    Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
    .
  • Strong command of
    Illustrator, Photoshop
    and other visual design tools.
  • Hands-on experience in
    wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
    .
  • Expertise in
    design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards
    .
  • Ability to conduct
    user research, persona development, and usability testing
    .
  • Understanding of
    HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks
    (a plus).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating
    end-to-end design projects
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years
    of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
  • Proven track record of delivering
