Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing functional, aesthetically pleasing interiors for residential and commercial projects. This role involves client consultations, developing design concepts, preparing drawings, material selection, and coordinating with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

  • Develop innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements.
  • Prepare mood boards, space plans, layout designs, color palettes, and material boards.
  • Create 2D drawings and detailed 3D visualizations.

Client Interaction

  • Conduct client meetings to understand project needs, design preferences, timelines, and budgets.
  • Present design proposals and make revisions as needed.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project.

Project Execution & Coordination

  • Select furniture, fixtures, finishes, lighting, materials, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design accuracy.
  • Manage project timelines and quality standards.

Technical Work

  • Prepare working drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends, materials, and design technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong creative and conceptual abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong understanding of aesthetics, color theory, space planning, and material usage.
  • Knowledge of local and international interior design trends.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
