
PMO Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist PMO Manager in planning, executing, and closing projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Support the Project Management Office (PMO) by collecting and documenting weekly updates from all departments on ongoing projects.
- Ensure Jira project boards are consistently updated with accurate statuses, timelines, risks, and milestones.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation including project charters, project plans, meeting notes, risk and issue logs, and change logs.
- Maintain and organize all project documents in centralized document repository, ensuring they are accessible for reference, reporting, and audits.
- Collaborate with department managers to help structure project plans and define key deliverables and milestones.
- Generate weekly and monthly PMO reports summarizing project statuses and departmental performance for senior management.
- Analyze project data to identify delays, risks, and areas requiring corrective actions.
- Ensure all departments comply with PMO documentation standards and project governance protocols.
- Maintain a high level of organization, detail orientation, and proactive follow-up to ensure smooth execution of PMO functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince 2, CAPM) is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven expertise in successfully managing end-to-end projects within the IT, Finance, Marketing, telecom or consulting sectors, overseeing all phases from initiation to execution.
- Skilled in producing and managing accurate project documentation aligned with goals. Adept at coordinating regular status updates, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking to meet project milestones.
- Strong expertise in project planning and scheduling, using Microsoft Project to create detailed timelines, manage resources efficiently, and address risks.
- Understanding of project management principles and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
