We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong experience in DOMO and healthcare operations analytics to support daily performance monitoring, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible for transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across departments, including operations, quality, credentialing, and physician performance.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, build, and maintain DOMO dashboards and visual reports to monitor key business metrics across operations, quality, credentialing, and clinical performance.


• Conduct daily and weekly data analysis on consult response times, video connection delays, and workflow efficiency to identify trends and root causes.


• Perform capacity and utilization analyses to forecast physician staffing needs, identify lags in credentialing, and recommend proactive solutions.


• Develop automated reporting processes and maintain data integrity across multiple systems .


• Collaborate with department leaders (Operations, Quality, Credentialing, IT, and Physician Services) to create meaningful KPIs and performance dashboards.


• Conduct ongoing performance reviews of company-wide and physician-level metrics to support leadership decisions and continuous improvement.


• Support ad-hoc analytical projects, including business growth modeling, physician productivity analysis, and hospital performance reviews.


• Present findings clearly through visualizations, summaries, and executive-level presentations.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).


• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence, preferably in a healthcare or telehealth setting.


• Hands-on experience with DOMO required (dataflows, beast mode calculations, dashboards, and connectors).


• Strong SQL and Excel skills; experience with Python, R, or other analytical tools a plus.


• Understanding of healthcare operations, credentialing workflows, and physician capacity management preferred.


• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Preferred Experience


• Prior experience with performance and quality reporting in healthcare or telemedicine.


• Familiarity with databases containing consult times, door-to-needle metrics, and operational logs.


• Experience supporting executive teams with data-driven decision support.
