Shift Timings: 12:00 AM Onwards (Night Shift)

Salary: Base Pay: 80,000 PKR + Commission on Sales (Average take home is 90K - 100K)

Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales? Join Techsol IT, and be part of a high-energy sales team. We are looking for a Cold Calling Sales Agent with fluent English and at least 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential international clients.
  • Deliver engaging sales pitches to generate interest in our IT services.
  • Qualify leads based on company criteria before transferring them.
  • Maintain high call volumes and consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
  • Handle objections with professionalism and close deals efficiently.
  • Accurately record call details and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the team to optimize conversion rates and increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with a neutral or near-native accent.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Must be punctual with strict adherence to shift timings (starting at 12:00 AM).
  • Strong work ethic, respectful attitude, and a team-player mindset.
  • Target-driven with a growth-oriented approach.
  • Ability to handle rejection and think quickly on your feet.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
