About the Role:

We're looking for a Business Analyst who's passionate about digital products, emerging technologies, and creative problem-solving. You'll help bridge the gap between clients, creative teams, and developers—turning ideas into structured documentation, functional requirements, and ultimately, high-impact digital products.

If you enjoy working across design, development, and strategy—and can speak both "tech" and "business"—you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:


• Gathering and analyzing client requirements, translating them into clear documentation (BRDs, FRDs, SRS).


• Support product scoping, feature definition, and MVP planning for web & immersive experiences


• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure alignment between user needs and deliverables.


• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for development teams.


• Participate in client meetings, demos, and sprint reviews to ensure transparency and alignment.


• Conduct competitive analysis and research to support new business proposals.


• Creating pitch decks, proposals, and documentation for new projects and RFPs.


• Monitor ongoing projects and help improve internal documentation and workflow standards.

Requirements:


• 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Product Management role.


• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile/Scrum).


• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.


• Familiarity with Figma, Notion, Jira, or ClickUp is a plus.


• Understanding of UI/UX principles and user journeys.


• Interest in emerging tech, immersive tech, Web3, Gaming, or Interactive Media.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or related field.

Nice to Have:


• Experience working in a creative tech or software development studio.


• Exposure to blockchain, gamification, or immersive experiences.


• Ability to write or visualize feature specs, wireframes, or low-fidelity flows.
