About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented 
Business Analyst
 with strong technical skills in 
Python, SQL, and Power BI
. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and translating business requirements into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across departments.
  • Use 
    SQL
     for data extraction, transformation, and validation from multiple data sources.
  • Develop 
    Power BI dashboards
     and reports to visualize key metrics, trends, and business performance.
  • Utilize 
    Python
     for advanced data analysis, automation, and predictive modeling where applicable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to provide analytical support and insights.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
  • Prepare detailed analytical reports, presentations, and recommendations for management.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
     in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience
     in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
  • SQL
     (complex queries, stored procedures, joins, data manipulation)
  • Power BI
     (data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboards)
  • Python
     (data cleaning, automation scripts, data visualization, Pandas/Numpy)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with large datasets and relational databases.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail with a strong understanding of business processes and KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with 
    data warehousing
     and 
    ETL tools
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    cloud platforms
     such as Azure or AWS.
  • Knowledge of 
    machine learning
     concepts or experience with predictive analytics.
