We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Operations Manager to lead our ticketing department. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or equivalent) with in-depth knowledge of ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and airline policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily airline ticketing operations & staff supervision

Monitor airline queues, incentives & credit recovery cycle

Supervise data entry in Catalyst Back Office

Oversee supplier ledger reconciliation for financial accuracy

Ensure compliance with IATA/BSP & airline requirements

Requirements:


โ€ข 5+ years of ticketing experience (2+ years in a managerial role)


โ€ข Strong leadership & problem-solving skills


โ€ข Knowledge of back-office systems (Catalyst or similar)
