This role requires a proactive leader with strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, and the ability to manage facility operations across multiple locations.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all facility-related issues.

  • Lead and manage a team of technical supervisors and technicians nationwide.

  • ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐„๐‘๐ ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ“ / equivalent inventory & maintenance software.

  • Oversee building systems, ๐‡๐•๐€๐‚, ๐๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐›๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐„๐ฅ๐ž๐œ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐š๐ฅ & ๐„๐‹๐• ๐ˆ๐“ย Systems.

  • Manage vendors and service contracts for facility upkeep.

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (local, state, federal).

  • Develop & implement policies, SOPs, and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Prepare and share quotations & financial proposals.

  • Conduct HSE compliance inspections and respond to emergencies.

  • Monitor budgets and operational efficiency across sites.

๐‘๐ž๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • ๐Ÿ“+ ๐ฒ๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ฌ' ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž ๐ข๐ง ๐…๐š๐œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ ๐Ž๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ, ๐Œ๐„๐, ๐’๐š๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐„๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ , or a Techno-Commercial role.

  • Strong background in quotations, business cases & budgets.

  • Willingness to travel nationwide.

  • ๐Ž๐’๐‡๐€ ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ certification (or equivalent) preferred.
