Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and vigilant Front Desk Security Officer (Male) to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors while ensuring a secure and welcoming environment. This role combines front desk reception duties with security monitoring responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety.

Key Responsibilities Desk Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and clients professionally.
  • Maintain an accurate visitor log, issue visitor passes, and ensure sign-in/sign-out procedures are followed.
  • Answer incoming calls, route them to the relevant departments, and take messages when necessary.
  • Handle emails, courier deliveries, and document receipt/distribution.
  • Provide basic information about the company, services, and facilities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception area.

Security Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control access to the premises through the front desk.
  • Check identification of visitors and vendors before granting entry.
  • Operate and monitor CCTV cameras, security alarms, and other surveillance systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections of entrances, exits, and surrounding areas.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
  • Liaise with the security team or law enforcement when required.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
  • 2–3 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or security roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling).
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
  • Male candidates only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
