3. Location: Paragon City Plaza No. 16, Orchard Block, Lahore.

4. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and dispense prescriptions and over-the-counter medications accurately.
  • Verify prescriptions and patient information for accuracy and safety.
  • Assist patients with refills, transfers, insurance processing, and counseling on medication use.
  • Manage inventory, order supplies, and conduct regular audits to prevent stock-outs and expired medications.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of medications per regulations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and standards.
  • Prepare monthly reports, including pharmacy performance, ADEs, and ADRs.
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations and coordinate with suppliers for stock management.
  • Monitor and report adverse drug reactions and medication errors.
  • Support process improvements and staff training.
  • Provide support and counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and medication regimens.
  • Any other task assigned by concerned supervisor and management.

5. Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacological principles and drug interactions.
  • Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and pharmacy management software.
  • Ability to prepare and analyze reports on pharmacy operations and patient outcomes.

6. Requirements

  • Pharm D with min 01 Year of experience in hospital or clinic.
  • Maximum age limit 45 years.
