Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design process for our flagship SaaS product. This role requires a seasoned design leader with strong UX/UI expertise, product thinking, and the ability to translate complex compliance and fintech requirements into elegant, intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the design vision, strategy, and execution for our product ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Stakeholders to define product requirements.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Lead user research, usability testing, and data-driven design improvements.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent design system and component library.
  • Mentor junior designers and ensure design best practices across teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest SaaS, fintech, and compliance design trends.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in SaaS/Enterprise Product Design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design for complex B2B products.
  • Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Experience conducting user research and applying insights into design.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
