Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Appointment Setter located in Multan Division. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting and scheduling appointments, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, managing appointment calendars, and maintaining detailed records of interactions with clients and prospects.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
  • Experience in Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work with a high level of independence
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
