Role Overview:

As the Operations Associate you will be an integral part of the Operations team with core focus on app management and adoption - working with internal stakeholders, ensuring ride fulfillment, internal and external coordination, focusing on first station and last station reliability, experience enhancement, deploying timely back-ups in case of disruptions in the vehicle operations or captain unavailability. Furthermore, the role encompasses planning the routes with key focus on ensuring optimization.

Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate and fulfill rides efficiently.


• Maintain a real-time overview of ride fulfillment status and address any issues that may arise during the process.


• Focus on maintaining high reliability at the first station, ensuring that vehicles are dispatched promptly and user's expectations are met.


• Work with the Product team closely to ensure app adoption and management, providing relevant insights for app enhancement.


• Update and monitor data on dashboard, work on ride dispatchment and work on product usage


• Manage internal and external stakeholders for optimal experience for all users.


• Develop and execute efficient backup deployment protocols to minimize service interruptions and maintain operational resilience.

Requirements:


• Atleast 1 year of experience.


• Intermediate or above.


• Have a growth mindset.
