Nextbridge Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Operations Executive to join our dynamic Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to grow their careers in operations and contribute to impactful organizational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, refine, and regularly send resumes of technical resources.
  • Daily leave notifications/follow-ups with technical personnel.
  • Maintain and update internal system, including resource profiles, comments, and notes.
  • Update and maintain Placement Reports accurately.
  • Conduct orientations and oversee interview processes, hosting meetings as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to promptly fulfill their resource requisitions.
  • Collaborate closely with technical managers and business offices to streamline VTeams' operations locally.
  • Independently generate ad hoc reports to support operational decision-making.
  • Flexibly fill in for team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience of 1+ years in operations management or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with data management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic operational needs.
  • Previous experience in HR operations or staffing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
