We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trade Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Trade Commercial Manager in managing daily operations and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining trade schedules, slot allocations, and freight sheets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Pricing, Operations) and external agents.
  • Prepare trade performance reports and assist in data analysis.
  • Monitor and update rate sheets, space availability, and schedules.
  • Communicate with customers and agents regarding services and changes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Shipping, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in shipping, NVOCC, or logistics (preferred).
  • Knowledge of trade lanes, shipping documents, and Incoterms.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and good at tracking shipment updates.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent email drafting skills.
